The Accuri C6 uses 24 bit analog-to-digital converters and an expanded dynamic range to simplify flow cytometric data collection and analysis. Using human peripheral blood, this poster highlights the ability of the C6 to allow the analysis of both very small (platelets) and very large (megakaryocytes) cells from a single sample. The use of the Zoom tool to enhance gating on subsets of difficult-to-resolve populations, and the ability to view data on log and linear display simultaneously, are also demonstrated.
