Purchase Orders
Orders are invoiced net 30 days, after credit approval. We may require prepayment on a pro-forma invoice in some cases. Please ask when ordering.

Technical Support and Product Service
Accuri's Technical Support team is a group of highly trained cytometer experts who are available to answer your technical and application questions about either your C6 Flow Cytometer or your CFlow software.
If further assistance is required, we can dispatch a Field Applications Specialist to work with you on-site.
Warranty or repair service can also be requested. Our technicians will work with you to diagnose your problem. In many cases we can solve the problem over the phone, but if the problem requires on-site service, we will provide details on how to handle repair of your instrument.
