Accuri's Technical Support team is a group of highly trained flow cytometry experts available to assist you in a number of ways.

Contact Technical Support to discuss the capabilities of the C6, comparison of the C6 to the competition, applications and protocols compatibilities, if you have a technical question or need to solve a technical problem with either your C6 Flow Cytometer or your CFlow software.

Technical Support will also follow up with you after installation of your C6 to answer any questions you may have about either your C6 Flow Cytometer or your CFlow software. If Technical Support cannot answer your questions over the phone, we will send one of Accuri's Field Applications Specialists to your laboratory to work with you.

Warranty or repair service can also be requested by contacting Technical Support. Our technicians will diagnose your problem and if it cannot be cor/rected over the phone, we will provide details on how to handle repair of your instrument.
