Extended Warranties
Each BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer is covered by a one-year warranty. We also offer extended warranties for repair of your system after the warranty expires. You can decide at the time of repair to receive a replacement unit or to have your unit repaired and returned to you. With an extended warranty you will:
- Control repair costs and ensure they stay within your lab budget,
- Receive BD CFlow software updates as they are released,
- Get expedited repair of your system, and
- Have the option to receive either a replacement or loaner unit, within 48 hours, should you need to return your unit for repair.
Replacement and Loaner Options
We will send you a replacement or loaner BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer within 48 hours of a decision by the Technical Support team that the instrument must be returned for service. Once you receive the replacement or loaner unit, take it out of the shipping box and place your unit in the box, seal the box and attach the enclosed return label. We will issue an express service pick-up notice and the carrier will come to your lab or loading dock for pick-up. You keep the replacement unit as your new unit. If you choose the loaner option your unit will be repaired and returned.
