The Accuri CSampler® takes flow cytometry to the next level, by adding simple, reliable and easy-to-use automation to the C6 Flow Cytometer System. And best of all, CSampler is less than half the price of other flow cytometry automation systems and can be self-installed in only five minutes!

Now, you can prepare your samples in 96-well plates and take them straight to the flow cytometer without the need to transfer them into test tubes first, saving both time and additional steps. CSampler is compatible with 48- and 96-well microplates and deep well plates, and also comes with a 24-tube rack for standard 12x75mm tubes. Multiple experiments can be run in a single plate, with settings being applied to specific wells or the entire plate, with the ability to construct templates.

The CFlow Sampler Software is intuitive and can be learned within a few minutes, but is flexible too.

Most autosamplers use X Y coordinates to position multi-well plates. Accuri’s novel polar-coordinates approach produced an autosampler that moves faster between distant wells and uses a smaller, user-installable platform that self aligns. See for yourself, watch the CSampler video.

The Priority Interrupt function allows you to interrupt a run, replace a plate with the 24 tube rack and process samples that have to be dealt with immediately. Then, the original plate can be put back on the CSampler and the run will be resumed from where it left off.

You can add the optional CSampler to your purchase of a C6 with CFlow Plus software or incrementally build your ideal system and spread out the purchase of your C6, CFlow Plus software upgrade and CSampler over several budget cycles. The cost is the same. You can also add a CSampler to your existing C6. CFlow Plus is required so you may need to upgrade your software.
