Use the BD CFlow Zoom Tool to take advantage of the seven decades of dynamic range

Data always remain in the data file even when you use the BD CFlow Zoom function to view plots at a high level of channel detail.

• Use Zoom, instead of voltage adjustments, to set the channel range viewed.
• Use Zoom for better resolution of populations and to aid in gating.

Digital signal processing, compensation at any time

The combination of digital data collection and seven decades of dynamic range provides unrivaled flexibility in your data analysis. Gating strategies and fluorescence compensation values can be set during, or after, data collection. New users can collect data using a simple pre-set template, and the data can be analyzed later with more expert help. Data collected on a BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer can be re-analyzed at any time if gating or compensation errors are discovered, or in light of new research findings.
