Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest quality results, we recommend that Spherotech 6-peak and 8-peak Validation Beads are run each day the C6 is used. By doing so, you can be confident that the sensitivity and resolution of the system is consistently achieved.

When using CFlow Plus or CFlow Sampler software, absolute cell concentration can be measured. If the C6 is being used for absolute count measurements analysis routinely, we recommend validating performance using Accuri Volumetric Validation Beads at least once a week. Laboratories that intermittently use their C6 to perform cell counts should validate performance prior to each set of counting experiments.
