Service Contract for the Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer and CFlow Software

Each C6 Flow Cytometer System is covered by a one year warranty. Accuri Cytometers also offers service contracts for repair of your system after the warranty expires. You can decide at the time of repair to receive a replacement unit or to have your unit repaired and returned to you. The benefits of a service contract are the following:

Control repair costs; ensure they stay within your lab budget
Software updates are supplied as they are released
Expedited repair of your system
At your optional replacement or loaner unit

Replacement Option

Accuri will send you a replacement C6 Flow Cytometer within 48 hours of a decision by the Accuri Technical Support team that the instrument must be returned for service. Once you receive the replacement unit, take it out of the shipping box and place your unit in the box, seal the box and attach the enclosed return label. Accuri will issue an express service pick-up notice and the carrier will come to your lab or loading dock for pick-up. You keep the replacement unit as your new unit.

Loaner Option

Within 48 hours of a decision by the Accuri Technical Support team that the C6 Flow Cytometer must be returned for service you will receive a loaner unit. Once you receive the loaner unit, take it out of the shipping box and place your unit in the box, seal the box and attach the enclosed return label. Accuri will issue an express service pick-up notice and the carrier will come to your lab or loading dock for pick-up. Your unit will be repaired and returned within one week of receipt at the Accuri repair facility.
